Baby its hot outside, but believe it or not this is Risa's favorite weather. While our other dogs can be found in the AC on days like this, Risa will be sunning herself on the hot deck.
If you are like me I melt in the heat, with German, Swiss, and Scottish blood coursing through my veins I don't stand a chance in the South.
So here are some cool moist shots on a hot day like today, the heat index tomorrow is supposed to be 105.
So today is a perfect day to stay inside and clean, photograph, and list my beads.
New beads will be in the shop at 9pm tonight. I'm behind because I have been in the studio all week catching up on some glass orders. I am very lucky, unlike a lot of lampworkers out there my garage studio is a cool 65 in the summer, so I can keep creating in the hot summer months.
Drink plenty of water and stay cool out there.

Risa is my kinda girl! Even though we aren't going above 93 today, I have my downstairs windows open today. It's nice and warm in my office with those windows open, too.
I'm with the dogs who do not lounge on the deck. Actually, my dogs are with me in the AC. After about 10 am, they are on the sofa in the AC. Good lord, what did we do without AC?
