There were new headpins in the shop!!?!

All Japanese Maple foliage.

Even dusty screens can be beautiful, I knew I did not clean them for a reason.

Resin idea???

I wish all of our litter looked like Mother Nature's.

It's not often that something I visualize in the garden turns out as planned. There is not one flowering plant in these drifts of foliage, just different textures and contrasting colors all year. No doubt it is most beautiful this time of year.

So sorry I did not give you a heads up last night (no pun intended), about new headpins in the shop. Etsy was slow, blogger was slow, and I just got too tired of waiting.
I am so happy you liked my headpins/beads, there is only one set left in the shop.

I have not made headpins in a while, with the wrist injury they are perfect to make, no bead holes to clean!!! I probably will not be able to use my dremel for cleaning bead holes for another week. But my wrist is making wonderful progress, it feels so good to be making things again.

Starting next week I will begin Wednesday beads again, I never manage to be organized enough to have a set time that they are listed. But I will keep you posted on the blog, and now that I have a facebook I will let you know when items will be listed on Wednesdays.

I also want to take the opportunity to thank my customers for remembering me during my unexpected hiatus this Fall, I so appreciate your support of my shop.

Check out my friend's etsy shop Belvedere, she is making headpins that look like little roses, there are a couple pairs left. I'm green with envy.

I leave you with some more Fall shots, I have filled two memory cards with foliage this week.
I am going to the studio to finish some enamel orders and make more headpins/beads.

Those head pins are delicious!
And your fall photos are wonderful as well. I love that you say this is "Mother Nature's litter"... that is such splendid imagery. Thank you for sharing this goodness today!
Enjoy the day!
