A perfect STORM

My friend Lucinda has a trunk show at the Memorial Art Gallery. So if you are in or around the Rochester, N.Y. area today and tomorrow are the last days. Lucinda's jewelry is so much fun to see in person, I love her use of transparent glass. She also has her sketch books on display, they are fun and inspirational, I think they should be published.

While you are there it is the last weekend for the GlassWear exhibit, there is also a high end rummage sale going on. Check out Lucinda's blog its a lot of fun to read, you can get to her etsy shops from there. I love her shop Curious Old Things, Lucinda and her husband Richard are masters of the estate sale, you can find mixed media items for your jewelry or other art projects. Check out the link to The Record Archives, Richard's store, he is a legend. They are a talented pair.

If that was not enough Lucinda is also celebrating her 50th birthday this weekend, Happy Birthday Lucinda.
